For this year s knoxville craft beer week kick off 21 breweries came together to collaborate on a unique and historic lager. Brewed with 40 tennessee grown corn and using an american lager yeast strain this beer will pay tribute to what you would have commonly found in knoxville tn in the late 1800 s. For anything more than 6 percent abv i recommend downtown wine and spirits or harvest town wine and spirits in fountain city though i can t comment on how either treats their beer since their priority is wine and liquor.
