Manitowoc Ice Machine Will Not Harvest

I got a rare call on a ice maker today.

Manitowoc ice machine will not harvest.

We did so but still no harvest. I am a novice tech so i called a pro with a good rep and he serviced it and said the evap needed cleaning.
