So it sounds like the water is not circulating round the rads so i will guess the pump is seized as it has not been run for some months.
If there is no hot water from the boiler there may be no water flowing through the system at all.
If you have a system boiler or heat only boiler your hot water is stored in a cylinder and once it s been used up you ll have to wait until it re heats before that bath.
As you have a combi you will not have a three port valve.
