If you do a quick google search you ll find numerous articles stating that the correct water temperature for brewing coffee is between 195 and 205 degrees fahrenheit.
The ideal temperature range for hot brewing is 195 to 205 degrees fahrenheit.
Colder water will result in flat under extracted coffee while water that is too hot will also cause a loss of quality in the taste of the coffee.
